Tour operators, travel agents, hoteliers and all entrepreneurs in the religious tourism sector who wish to participate in the event, through presence in One-to-One meetings, for the promotion of their products and/or services. This includes all operators specialized in incoming, accommodation, catering, transport, tourist entertainment and other services of this and similar nature.
Participation as a Supplier is subject to a registration and payment of the respective fee.
Each entity/company can register a maximum of 2 participants. The registration must be completed by December 23rd 2024, although this date may be brought forward if the event reaches its full capacity. Registrations will be confirmed by email, after validation by the Organization.
In order to ensure the quality of the event, especially during the Contact Exchange, registrations are limited. The Organization reserves the right to interrupt, close, or reopen registrations at any time.
As in previous editions of the IWRT, part of the Workshop is on Jewish Heritage Tourism and will be organized by the Municipality of Guarda (Câmara Municipal da Guarda). With the Welcome Dinner, with a morning Workshop with meetings followed by a Networking Lunch.
